New Shirts!

A lot of changes happening this month! If you haven’t noticed, our website looks way different. We used to use Big Cartel as a host for our storefront, but we have recently switched to Etsy’s new storefront hosting service. This site will automatically be synced to our Etsy Shop and you can now shop with the same confidence that you would as if you were using Etsy. Plus it’s literally 50% cheaper (which is the real reason I switched.)

The first new shirt this week is my version of the “Double Deuce” tee in “Road House.” There are several versions of this in other stores, offering different colors with different variations of the design. To me this was nonsense. I decided I needed to create one that paid true tribute to the film on the red shirt that it was meant to be on. Also, I added a special touch to the shirt by putting “Staff” on the front. Now you can be an official bad-ass like Dalton.

The shirt is now available in our Etsy Shop, eBay Store, and at Supersweetshirts.com .

All of our shirts are printed on American Apparel and are made in the USA. Our shirts are pretty much amazing…

New Shirt: Olaf Berserker

I have no excuse for the lack of blog posts on this site. The combination of keeping up with orders and parenting is all consuming. I have managed to get a new shirt out. This shirt pays tribute to one of my all-time favorite movies, “Clerks.”

New “A Clockwork Orange” Baby Onesie

Another onesie release this week as I continue to focus on new baby clothes all January and February. This onesie turned out awesome:

The onesie features Alex with a font that plays off to Korova Milk Bar. It is printed with waterbased ink on a black baby onesie.

New Onesie Week!

The holidays have been very busy, but I am finally at a point where I can focus on some new stuff! It’s been a while since I’ve created any new onesies. Over the next week, a few new designs will be coming out! The first one was rolled out a few days ago:

This double-sided Sid Vicious onesie is awesome. My goal when creating any onesie, is to make someone go, “Oh my god, where did you get that!?” It’s something I keep in the back of my head when I’m brainstorming ideas.

New Shirt-The Justice Series: Dirty Harry

The “Justice” series was something I started years ago when I created my first Charles Bronson shirt. I have always had a love for vigilante movies and characters. There is nothing like watching a guy take the law into his/her own hands to take out scum.

The Blog front has been quiet as of late and I apologize! It’s been crazy around here with orders pouring in already for the holidays. Featured Shirt(s) of the Day: The Seagal Collection

When I started Super Sweet Shirts back in 2007, the first shirt I ever made was a tribute to the legendary bad-ass, Steven Seagal. I was trying to come up with a shirt idea, and it happened to be “Earth Day.” I wanted to do a shirt that was about saving the environment, but was totally awesome. I kept coming across the phrase, “Reuse, Recycle, Reduce” and I immediately thought of “Reuse, Recycle. RESPECT.” I used this phrase with a cartoon image of the great Steven Seagal, grabbing the arm of someone not respecting the environment.This shirt is one of my favorites because it is the root of The Super Sweet Shirt Company. Also featured here is my tribute to “Out for Justice,” one of Seagal’s best films.
